MOSI-Body Worlds exhibit

This last weekend we also visited the "Body Worlds" exhibit. Is was the most incredible thing I have ever seen. We got discounted tickets for being members, but I would have paid full price to see it. Faith was so in awe of the bodies that were on display, they really give you a realistic vision to how the body works. It was so much better than the plastic one we own. They are anatomically correct and the body parts are still intake. The first male we can across, Faith looked at me and asked,"Is that what I think it is?" I said, "Yes, that is his penis and testicles." I decided to use the correct verbiage as she is past the age of nicknames for these parts. She looked at me and said,"That is disgusting, they should have cut that thing off!" What can I say, I left it alone. It is a pretty serious exhibit but I couldn't help myself and had to ask Gregg, "Do you think it tastes like chicken?" We usually try to find humor in most serious things. It was amazing to see all the body parts on display. When we finished we bought the book and DVD. If anyone needs a very detailed book on anatomy, I have one you could borrow. Although, it is titled plastic corpses...they are not. It is the a process that they use to preserve the bodies.
